At the moment Loyal Style Boutique only ships to the United States, Canada and Select U.S Territories (US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico). We will be looking to expand in the future! Stay Tuned!
What is your shipping and delivery information? TOP
We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 for the United States. Additional Fees will apply for Canada and select US Territories (US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico) etc). There is also an additional fee for overnight shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com or please provide information in the Note to Loyal Style Boutique box at checkout if you require special shipping needs.
All Shipping cost are NON REFUNDABLE and we are not responsible for Return Shipping Charges for Exchanges. We will however, refund customers for return shipping if the incorrect item was shipped to the customer or if the customer received a damaged item.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100
If your item(s) are in stock, your package will packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday and occasionally on Saturday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
All Orders are shipped with UPS or USPS. Please allow 5-7 days for your order delivery. Delivery dates will vary based on destination.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

Exchange ONLY. NO Refunds. Full-Price merchandise will be accepted by mail within 7 days from the date of receipt of your merchandise. All Accessories including hats, and Jewelry are final sale. All Sale items are final sale.

Unless, In the rare case you received a damaged item or incorrect purchased item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item contact us immediately (no later than 1-2 days after you receive your purchase) via email@example.com or our contact link on the home page of the site.
For Items received after 7 days, we reserve the right to deny the return. All Returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail service. Returns must be received NEW & UNWORN and with all tags attached. If the item(s) are not received in the original condition we will deny the return.
Does Loyal Style Boutique carry plus size clothing? TOP
Unfortunately, we currently do not carry Plus Size Clothing. However, we look to carry plus size items very soon.
Can I cancel my order? TOP
Yes, you may cancel your order if it has not be processed and shipped. Orders are usually placed within 1-2 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item? TOP
Loyal Style Boutique only sells items in perfect condtion so, in the rare event of receiving a damaged item please contact customer service within 1-2 days of receiving your package. All Merchandise must be unworn and have all tags on all items. Customer Service will provide a return address. DO NOT USE THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. Please send to: PO Box 1719

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item? TOP
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order please contact our consumer service department within 1-2 days of receiving your package. You will be asked to return the incorrect items to us. You will receive the return address from customer service. DO NOT SEND TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. Please send to: PO Box 1719

Can I remove items from my order? TOP
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping cart as long as the order hasn't been processed yet.
Are out-of stock items restocked? TOP
If an item is out of stock/backorder, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.If an item(s) state out of stock/backorder, you can still order the item as a pre order and the item will ship within 1-3 weeks.
If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website immeditately. In an event that you purchase an item that we will no longer restock we notify you and we will issue a refund.
Are all your clothing true to size? TOP
Unfortunately, because we order from different manufacturers and designers all of our items may vary in sizing.
